The BCHS Parking Application is Sold Out for the 2025-2026 School Year.

Our student parking for the 25-26 school year is currently full . This waitlist will be utilized if a space becomes available throughout the year. Entries are time/date stamped and student emails are collected.

Students will be contacted via DVUSD email if a spot becomes available. They will have 3 business days to respond. If there is no response, the opportunity will be timed out and the next student will be contacted.

Please know that if you are given an opportunity to purchase a spot (based on first come, first serve entries), you will need to then complete the BCHS parking application and pay the parking fee. Please note that parking spots are only sold to junior and senior students.

2025-2026 BCHS Parking Application Information

FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, the Application is completed using Google form (link below) using the STUDENT'S ACCOUNT: @learner. NO PERSONAL OR PARENT ACCOUNTS. All communication will be sent to the Student's email.

Required Documents for Application

Digital Picture or PDF of Documents Needed to Complete Application:

Valid Graduated Driver’s License (Picture, PDF, or Document)- Arizona Instructional Permits will NOT be accepted.
Current proof of vehicle registration for all vehicles listed (Picture, PDF, or Document)
Current proof of insurance for all vehicles listed (Picture, PDF, or Document)
Parent and student signed copy of Parking Rules & Regulations Acknowledgment Form

***Your application will not be approved without these four (4) items listed above.***

All images/documents must be clear & legible for processing.

Application Process

Our application is completed through a Google Form.
Each document (PDF or Picture) will be submitted to the Google Form in a separate question.
Only one application per student email account is allowed.
The student will receive an email receipt from the Google form once the application is complete. This is not approval. Please save this email in a safe place. If your student needs to fix something in their application, the link will allow you to correct or resubmit documents. Also, please do not share the email with others for security.
Students who had an on-campus or off-campus during the current school year will need to complete the appeal process as parking privileges wait-listed due to student conduct. Please see more information at the bottom of the Payment & Approval Process (next section).

Payment & Approval Process

Once the application is reviewed & accepted, APPROVED APPLICATION email will be sent to the student's @learner email from BCHS Security.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE PARKING FEE UNLESS YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION EMAIL. FEES PAID WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PARKING WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT COMPLETED APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION. ALL PRIOR STUDENT DEBTS MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOU WILL BE APPROVED FOR PARKING.
After receiving the approved application email, the parent/student will pay for parking by logging into the student's account https://az-deervalley.intouchreceipting.com/ (select parking fee, add to cart and pay online).
Parking Spots will only be assigned once you have paid and the entire approval process is completed.
If your application is incomplete, you will receive an email informing you of incomplete items. You will be able to go into your application receipt email and submit the corrections.
After final approval, your application is placed in numerical order, and you will be entered into the system for a parking spot. Please understand that parking spots are randomly assigned.
We have a limited number of spots available. Seniors, West-MEC, and Carpooling (carpool applicants must both be eligible drivers sharing one spot) are given priority based on the order of completeness of the application.
Once campus spots are full, parking will be sold out.
NO REFUNDS will be provided.
Per our Student/Parent Handbook, students who had on-campus or off-campus suspensions during the 24-25 school year will be wait-listed for parking.
- Students will need to complete an appeals process so that their information can be reviewed before their parking application is accepted for the 25-26 school year.
- Information regarding this process will be sent directly to students/parents via the student's @learner email and the email addresses parents have on file in PowerSchool.
- Appeals will not be accepted after May 1st, 2025.
- Students who are following the appeals process should complete the application when the window opens for their grade level.
- Appeal Decisions will be sent to the student and parent(s) through attached emails. Students who are approved for 25-26 parking and have completed the appeals process will lose their parking permit during the 25-26 school year if any further on or off campus suspensions occur.
- ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAD DISCIPLINARY INFRACTIONS THAT RESULTED IN SUSPENSION SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM. Please click here for the Parking Appeal Form: https://forms.gle/Uh47RALW3Ncrm53t6.
