About the Teacher:
Hi I am Mrs. Gruenewald, and I am so excited to be your ELA 3-4 Teacher! I have worked for Deer Valley Unified School District for a combined 13 years teaching ELA to Middle Schoolers through Seniors, and I love teaching at Boulder Creek!
I grew up in the valley, attended a local high school, and went to ASU for my bachelors in secondary education. I am a born and raised Phoenician and can't imagine living anywhere else. I love to hike, jog, and spend time with my family (and dogs) outdoors as much as possible. I am a wife and mom to my favorite people in the world, and if you ever see us "out and about" please say hello.
