About the Teacher:
I am Donald Baxley, a High School Engineering teacher and the Career and Technical Education Coordinator at Boulder Creek High School in Anthem, AZ. I lead an award-winning four-year engineering program, dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in STEM education. I am passionate about inspiring future engineers by integrating real-world applications and hands-on experiences to prepare students for college and careers. Beyond the classroom, I support professional skills development across CTE programs. In my free time, I enjoy off-roading, snowmobiling, and river rafting. I am committed to continuous growth as an educator and strive to help every student achieve success.
